After order processing and package shipment, the standard delivery time is 3-6 business days. Specific delivery times depend on logistics and transportation conditions and local traffic.

For large items, we will use truck delivery services. The truck driver will contact the customer in advance to confirm the exact delivery time. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the package at the delivery address to avoid delivery failure, package return, or secondary delivery fees.

Full Refund Cancellation (Before Shipment): Customers can request to cancel their orders at any time before shipment. We will approve the cancellation request and arrange a full refund without any handling fees.
Post-Shipping Policy: Once an order is packed and shipped, cancellation requests will no longer be supported. If you do not need the goods after shipment, please follow our official return and refund process according to the store's return policy upon receiving the package.
